her handmade weaving tools.

As Handywoman, I have been crafting and selling handmade Handywoman weaving tools at various online venues since 1998. In 2007, I expanded to Etsy to reach a broader community of weavers on line. Over time, my shop's growth led to the creation of my own website—handywomanshop—where you'll find a wider selection of tools like Boat shuttles made from exotic woods, Tapestry Looms, Band looms, Rigid heddle looms, and a large variety of stick shuttles and inkle shuttles, all available at more affordable prices compared to my Etsy store due to reduced fees. My mission is to offer , high-quality weaving tools to promote the art of weaving globally.

Order processing time varies by item ordered.  All Handywoman weaving tools are made on order so time is required to make your new Handywoman tool which is generally 3-4 business days.  Some items take much longer than others.   I ship twice a week onWednesday and Friday.  So if you order on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday your order will go out the following Wednesday, If you place an order on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday it will go out the following Friday. Once I've made your order and box it all up and schedule a pick up.   I do not take orders without a purchase and orders are made and shipped in the order of the purchase receipt date.

Please understand, all our products are handmade, they are not manufactured by some machine that makes them exactly the same and perfect every time.  I do not throw away wood because it's not perfect.  I work around imperfections and make sure the tool works as designed.  If you are thinking you will be getting an exquisite 80 dollar shuttle for 30 dollars you are mistaken.  We are not trying to make expensive tools, we are trying to offer you perfectly good tools for a price you can afford.  :)  That is our mission for goodness sakes.   However we feel our tools, each and every one of them are exquisite. :)  I am a bit biased ......
