Victorian ring laying tool has an “Adjustable” ring which fits on your finger, giving you full control of the tool. Also known as a trolley needle this tool makes an excellent addition to our range. The Pewter Ring has delicate scrolled sides, and the tool measures at 3.1/2″ (90mm) in length.
